Our ability to understand emotions and assess the feelings of those around us is one of the key factors that sets us apart from artificial intelligence. As we move into the future of work, these skills are crucial to enable people to collaborate and connect with their colleagues in a range of different settings. Organisations will need the ability to build on their social emotional intelligence to help navigate the complexity of change .

Workshop Focus:

Using African drumming, body percussion and vocal rhythm techniques, our programs allow for an embodied experience that can transform the way we think, interact and work together. Drawing on ancient African philosophies and cultural traditions we explore four key areas of social emotional intelligence:

  • Awareness

  • Authenticity

  • Empathy

  • Presence
